file guidelines & templates.

To produce amazing quality digital prints, we need high quality artwork. To assist in this process, please see below our guidelines for file setup and artwork specifications. We also have a selection of templates you can use to ensure your artwork is setup to correct specifications.

document size.

Check that the file is set to the same size which is nominated on your quotation.

images.

All images should be 100dpi at final size.
File size at 100% = 100dpi
File size at 50% = 200dpi
File size at 25% = 400dpi
File size at 10% = 1000dpi

fonts.

Please convert fonts to outlines or provide packaged files with fonts.

colour.

Please make sure all images are set to CMYK with any specific required PMS colours nominated within the file and we will use these to colour match.

bleed.

All artwork requires 10mm bleed, keep critical logos and text away from edges (10mm preferred) and if any materials require eyeleting keep a 25mm clear space to all edges as your text or logos will be cut off if kept within these exclusion areas.

file type.

We accept final pdf files set up to specs or packaged Indesign files.
Note: we do not accept Microsoft Word, Publisher, Powerpoint, DFX or Corel Draw
